This action is brought by the plaintiff against the numerous defendants named in the caption on the theory of a combination or conspiracy among the defendants to violate the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. Secs. 1, 2, and 7, and the Clayton Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. Secs. 12, 15, 16, and 22. In general the Complaint alleges that the defendants unlawfully entered into a conspiracy...
