This cause involves an accident occurring in the Town of Napoleonville, Louisiana, on February 21, 1964 between 7:00 and 7:30 p. m. The accident occurred near the intersection of Jefferson Street and Louisiana State Highway No. 1, the said intersection forming a "T".
