This suit by plaintiff, Maxwell Hardware & Lumber Company, Inc., naming as defendants Lee Mercer, d/b/a Capital Builders, and Johnny and Hanna Head Mills, as owners of the property described, was one of six suits consolidated for purposes of trial and appeal.
