This action for personal injuries was brought by Theodore Roosevelt Norville, hereafter referred to as plaintiff, against the defendants Homer David Cribbs, Orland Hoyt Benedict and Groendyke Transport Company. At the completion of plaintiff's evidence, the trial court sustained a demurrer of the defendant Groendyke to the evidence of plaintiff, and thereafter sustained defendants Benedict and Cribbs...
