This is an appeal from an order entered in the Criminal District Court No. 5 of Dallas County remanding appellant to custody for extradition to the State of Louisiana.

At the hearing the State, in addition to the Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus and the Writ, introduced the Executive Warrant of the Governor of Texas authorizing the arrest and return of the appellant to the State of Louisiana to answer a charge of Theft...
