This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court in favor of defendant. Plaintiff Annie Eagle is the sole owner of all of the stock of plaintiff Eagle Nursing Home, Inc.1 The defendant, National Funds, Inc., is engaged in the real estate business in Minneapolis.
