California Chemical Company instituted this suit against B. R. Lovett for judgment on an open account for chemicals which plaintiff sold and delivered to defendant. Defendant denied liability on the ground that the chemicals were useless for the purpose for which they were intended, and he reconvened for damages. Judgment was rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff, awarding it the full amount claimed and rejecting defendant's reconventional...
