This appeal is by plaintiffs, Leo Miley and his wife, Ruth Morgan Miley, from the judgment of the trial court rejecting and dismissing their petitory action against defendants, Joseph A. Thompson and his spouse, Jesse Wheat Thompson. In their petition plaintiffs prayed for recognition as owners of a tract of land fronting 56 feet on the west side of River Road (Main Street), situated within the municipal limits of the City of Denham Springs, Livingston...
