This is an appeal by the plaintiffs, hereinafter referred to as the appellants, from a jury verdict for the defendants and an order denying a motion for a new trial.

Appellants are the wife and two minor daughters of Gerald Williams, one of two men killed in the collision which is the subject of this suit. The defendants, hereinafter referred to as the respondents, are Marvin Maley, the driver of one of the trucks involved in the collision...
