This suit was brought by Mr. Weldon J. Weeser, Sr., as Testamentary Executor of the Succession of Emile H. Oulliber, against Mrs. Glendora Solis, widow of Emile H. Oulliber, to have an asset of $10,650.00 declared community property, and to have it included in the inventory taken in the succession proceedings. When the matter was brought to trial Mrs. Oulliber claimed the $10,650.00 as her separate property...
