Frances C. Jacobson, the plaintiff herein, instituted this action against Henry Yaschik, the defendant herein, and in her complaint she set forth two causes of action. It is alleged in the complaint that the plaintiff was the owner of fifty shares of the capital stock of a corporation known as Syndicate, Inc. and such was 25% of the capital stock thereof, and the defendant was the owner of 150 shares or 75% of the capital...
