OPINION

KELLEHER, Justice.

This is an employee's motion for the award of a counsel fee filed in this court pursuant to the provisions of G.L. 1956, § 28-35-32, as amended, wherein she alleges the successful prosecution of a petition for compensation within the purview of that statute. Her petition for compensation was before us in Tirocchi v. United States Rubber Co., R.I., 224 A.2d 387
