Plaintiff, William Huntsberry, claims damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by him as a result of a motor vehicle collision. The suit was instituted against Collins D. LaFleur, the driver of one of the cars involved in the collision, and his liability insurer, the Millers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Texas.
