Claimant, the owner of cottage property on the Delaware River, was awarded $1,500 as direct damages for the taking of 1.287 acres of land, which is not in dispute. Actually taken was land which formed a part of new Route 17. There was an embankment placed in direct line of vision from the remainder. Also included in the actual taking was 83 feet of river frontage. Prior to the appropriation 1,500 feet of claimant's land fronted on the river...
