Appellant, Ethel L. Wolk, plaintiff below, instituted suit in her capacity as beneficiary under a policy of life insurance issued by the appellee, Lamar Life Insurance Company, to Dr. Harry E. Wolk, now deceased. From a directed verdict in favor of the insurance company, plaintiff appeals.
