This is a suit on an insurance contract providing a lump sum of $25,000.00 for total and permanent disability due to accidental injury. Plaintiff alleged an accidental injury to his heart on December 9, 1964, and total and permanent disability resulting therefrom. The case was tried to a jury upon special issues.
