This is an adoption proceeding. In this case, Kenneth Lout seeks to adopt two minor sons born to the marriage of Elton Whitehead and Marilyn Whitehead. Elton Whitehead and Marilyn were married in August, 1955, and to that marriage were born two sons who are the subjects of this adoption proceeding. On December 12, 1960, Elton and Marilyn were divorced and custody of the two minor sons was awarded to the mother with right of visitation by the father...
