Myers to recover the sum of Two Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Eight Dollars and Ninety Cents ($263,538.90) which is the amount of damages alleged to have been sustained by him as the result of alleged breach of express and implied warranties, or resulting from false representations in connection with the purchase by him of certain ice making and ice vending...
