Code § 59-112, as amended, is not unconstitutional for any reason assigned because it exempts certain citizens from jury duty and thereby prevents a cross section of the population from being considered as prospective jurors. Rawlins v. Georgia, 201 U.S. 638 (26 S.C. 560, 50 LE 899). Nor was it error to exclude all jurors who were opposed to capital punishment...
