REYNOLDS, J.

On March 25, 1964 decedent, a 43-year-old electrician, was shot and killed by a co-worker on the employment premises. It is evident that for nearly two years preceding March 25 there had been developing a continually increasing animosity between these co-workers who worked only 30 to 40 feet apart, as a result of their employment relationship. This animosity allegedly reached the point of violence on the afternoon preceding the fatal shooting...
