This case involves an appeal from a judgment approving the final account of the administrator of the estates of Bert M. Jamison, Sr. and his wife, Kate H. Jamison.

Mr. and Mrs. Bert M. Jamison, Sr. were killed in an automobile accident on April 14, 1961. Each had executed a will leaving all of their respective properties to the other and appointing the other as independent executor or executrix of the other's estate. They left three children...
