J. R. Hanson sued Ottis Pelham and others in trespass to try title to the North one-half of Section 37, Block 36, Township 5 North, Certificate 2704, Abstract 176, T. & P. Ry. Co. Survey in Dawson County. In the alternative, Hanson alleged that in November 1919, H. and S. E. Bockman were the record owners of said land; that on that date they conveyed it by warranty deed to D. M. Corley and by mesne conveyances it passed to Ottis Pelham...
