The petition is accompanied by the certificate of necessity and it is alleged "* * * it is necessary for petitioner to acquire * * * the above described property, in full ownership, subject to the mineral reservation * * *" A deposit of what is represented to be full compensation in the amount of $19,490.00 accompanied...
