The issues of dependency and contributions are questions of fact and thus the board's determination will be disturbed only if there is no substantial evidence to support the board's decision (e.g., Matter of Holloway v. Camp Hatikvah, 14 A.D.2d 638). Here although there is no detailed record of income and expenses, the board could properly find that decedent paid virtually all of the family's expenses...
