This is a declaratory judgment proceeding instituted in the Circuit Court of Mobile County, in Equity, by R. W. Cochran and others against E. W. Gibbs, Oscar Coley and Dan Dennis.

The complainants are engaged in or connected with the business of disbursing drugs in Mobile County. They are not registered pharmacists but "have performed the duties of a pharmacist acting under registered pharmacists...
