The board previosuly denied the claim for death benefits finding that there was no accident arising out of and in the course of employment; that there was no causal relationship; and that death was due to the natural progression of an underlying disease. One of the doctors denying causation subsequently had an article published suggesting a possible connection between fatigue and various illnesses...
