This is a petitory action instituted by Mrs. Dea Aucoin Hollier against Mrs. Dorothy Hollier Fontenot and Joseph Drake Hollier, the latter being a minor represented by his natural tutrix, Mrs. Betty Jane Soileau Guillory. The suit affects and relates to property in Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. The defendants filed an exception of res judicata, and after trial, judgment was rendered by the trial court maintaining that exception and dismissing plaintiff...
