On January 20, 1966 at about 6:15 A.M., plaintiff, a farmhand, sustained injuries when he was struck on his right elbow by the right rear fender of an unidentified tractor trailer truck as he was walking in a southerly direction along the easterly edge of Route 9 south of the City of Hudson.
