Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Merritt, instituted this suit for damages primarily for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Merritt as the result of a collision between an automobile being driven by the latter and a pickup truck being driven by Donnie R. Walker. The suit was instituted against Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, the insurer of the Walker truck.
