A venue case involving Subdivision 9a, Art. 1995, Vernon's Ann.Tex.Civ.St. The plea of privilege of defendant H. E. Butt Grocery Company, a corporation, to be sued in Nueces County, the county of its domicile, was overruled, and it appeals.
