Appellant, Hubert Edwards, brought suit in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County for injuries allegedly sustained in an automobile accident. He was a passenger in an automobile driven by Clyde V. Tibbs, which was involved in a chain-reaction collision with three other automobiles.
