The petitioner Bill Hall, a state prisoner serving a life sentence for armed robbery, has brought this habeas corpus action alleging that his plea of guilty entered on August 14, 1940, was coerced. Pursuant to Hall v. Page, (Tenth Cir.-1966) 367 F.2d 352, an evidentiary hearing was conducted in this Court on the claim of coercion after the case was transferred to this District...
