This appeal is by leave granted from a decision of the Court of Appeals reversing the circuit court.1 Husband and wife, plaintiffs, recovered verdicts at the hands of a jury in the Wayne circuit court and the trial judge entered judgments thereon. Motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdicts or for a new trial in each case were denied.
