This litigation is the result of an accidental injury sustained by Joseph D. Ryman who, at the time, was an employee of Brewster-Bartle Drilling Company, Inc., which corporation shall hereafter be referred to merely as Brewster. Brewster had obtained from The Travelers Insurance Company, which shall hereafter be referred to merely as Travelers, policies of insurance; one to cover workmen's compensation liability
