In this case the Plaintiff brings suit against the Defendants complaining of the action of the Defendant, R. B. Tootel, Governor of the Farm Credit Administration in removing Plaintiff's Secretary-Treasurer and Manager from office asserting that said removal was arbitrary, capricious, illegal and unconstitutional.
