The complaint herein alleges infringement of four United States patents owned by plaintiff. Each defendant counterclaims for a declaratory judgment of invalidity and non-infringement. Only two of the patents are involved in this appeal, viz., Skeggs United States Patent No. 2,797,149 and Skeggs United States Patent No. 2,879,141.
