Elizabeth Gayle Henley, administratrix of the estate of Carroll Darlington Henley, deceased, the plaintiff, filed a motion for judgment against Ralph Kelley, the defendant, seeking recovery of damages for the alleged wrongful death of Carroll Darlington Henley, who was killed when the automobile being operated by him was in collision with a vehicle operated by the defendant.
