This action arose as a result of an intersection collision in the city of New Haven between a station wagon owned and operated by the plaintiff and a truck owned by the defendant Helm's Express, Inc., and operated by the defendant Ralph W. Myers. The plaintiff charged that Myers' negligent operation of the truck was the proximate cause of the collision.
