On August 6, 1963, M. G. Ford filed a bill of complaint against The Travelers Indemnity Company, defendant, praying that a liability insurance policy issued by defendant on a certain tractor trailer owned by him be reformed to include fire and theft coverage, and that he be awarded judgment in the sum of $6,515.14 under the reformed policy for damages sustained to the units "while being operated by unauthorized persons".
