This action involves a property dispute between two discordant factions within the Second Baptist Church of Reno.

A division within the church developed over a proposed purchase of a new church edifice, a merger with the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, and conflicting claims to $20,521.87 of church funds on deposit with the First National Bank of Nevada.
