PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of breaking and entering as defined in section 708.8, Code 1962. A competent, experienced attorney, for whom defendant expressed a preference, was appointed to represent him. Defendant entered a plea of guilty to the crime charged. At his request a hearing was had five days later on an application for a bench parole. A complete record was made of the hearing and the entire proceeding...
