Robert Hill brought this action against his former employer, The Aro Corporation, his union, The International Association of Machinists, Lodge No. 1349, and Peter DiLeone, an arbitrator appointed by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, who ruled that plaintiff's discharge from employment from Aro was for sufficient and just cause. Jurisdiction of the case is allegedly based on the National Labor Relations...
