This is an action for specific performance of a contract under the terms of which defendant obligated himself to convey to plaintiffs certain mineral rights in a tract of land in Acadia Parish, and for an accounting of the mineral lease bonuses and rentals allegedly received by defendant from that property since August 20, 1962. Alternatively, plaintiffs demand an accounting of and judgment for 3/56ths of the lease bonuses and rentals received by defendant...
