Elaine B. Harvey was a nurse working for the Murray Hospital Association, Inc., at Murray, Kentucky. On February 19, 1963, she was injured while performing her nursing duties in the hospital. Several months later she made demand upon her employer for benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, under which Act the hospital was operating.
