The judgment granted plaintiff a divorce, dismissed defendant's cross action for separate maintenance and awarded custody of the 16 year old son to the defendant with an allowance of $100 per month for his support and maintenance. Defendant on her appeal asserts that plaintiff failed to prove that he was the innocent and injured party...
