On Friday, March 17, 1967, this Court ruled that the Government could put on as a witness in the above capital case a person whose name and address had not been placed on the list of witnesses supplied to the defendant pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3432, since the name of the witness was not known to the Government at the time the trial began. The ruling was made subject to a motion to reconsider, on which argument was heard...
