This appeal concerns itself only with an attorney's fee, awarded to a wife at the conclusion of a divorce case. The appellant-husband has raised two points: The first is the question of the court's power to grant an attorney's fee to the wife under the circumstances of this case, and the second urges that the amount awarded was excessive.
