The plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Kaplan, sued for damages totaling $8,250.00 for the alleged wrongful conversion of a 1962 Cadillac which the defendant had seized and sold under executory process. From a judgment of the trial court rejecting their demands, the plaintiffs effected this devolutive appeal.
