This is an appeal from an order of the Appellate Division confirming the determination of the Waterfront Commission revoking the petitioner's registration as a longshoreman. The petitioner, 33 years old, had been a long-shoreman since 1952, when he was 19. In 1960, desirous of improving his employment status, he applied to the respondent Commission for registration as a checker.
