Prior to its taking by appellee (Commission) for highway purposes appellants (Mirabile) owned a 5.1 acre tract on Eastern Boulevard. The business conducted thereon was known as "Silver Lake Trailer Court." After 5 days of trial before Jenifer, J., in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, the condemnation jury returned a verdict of $103,000 in favor of Mirabile.
